CBS Wins Friday Viewers

Maybe we're not ready to take over the world just yet, but at least we sci-fi fans are taking over the airwaves!! CBS's Ghost Whisperer led the pack on Friday night, giving the network a winning 5.2/10 rating in it's 8 pm timeslot. No other network even came close, with ABC's America's Funniest Home Videos pulling in a distant #2 with 3.6/7.

CBS kept their lead through the nine o'clock hour,...

with The Price is Right Million Dollar Spectacular pulling in a healthy 5.3/10, followed by a tie between NBC's Miss USA Pageant and Fox's Canterbury's Law, each with 3.4/6.

And, CBS's Numb3rs continued to dominate for the network, pulverizing the competition with a fat 6.2/11 rating - leaving the network sitting pretty with a 5.6/10 for the night. ABC's 20/20 was fighting to stay in the second place ranking, with a respectable 4.8/9.

And what does this tell the execs - well, that is, what would it tell us if we were the execs?? Show more sci-fi / fantasy / supernatural!! Audiences like it!
