'Lost' star Matthew Fox is in negotiations for the title role in a major new Warner Bros film. If he lands the gig, he'll play Billy Smoke, a hit man with an odd new mission: to rid the world of assassins. Smoke was once a hot-shot in the crime world, but a near-death experience during a botched job forces him to take a hard look at his life. In an attempt to make up for past mistakes, he decides to take on crime, one hit man at a time.


 

The film idea is based on Oni Press comic series by B. Clay Moore, illustrated by Eric Kim. It won't hit book stores until next year. Moore also has another film, 'Leading Man', in development over at Universal.
