Let's hear it for the fantasy club - apparently, we're taking over the country!! At least, we're taking over the airwaves, and that's the really important stuff anyways, right?? CBS, with their sci-fi and fantasy heavy programming, took the lead on Friday night with a 5.8 rating/10 share in primtime. Ghost Whisperer led it's timeslot with a 6.3/11, while Moonlight slipped a bit but still did a respectable 4.7/8. Meanwhile, NBC's Nicolas Cage fantasy movie, The Family Man, took second place for the evening, with an overall 4.4/8 rating...
Having high numbers like this for sci-fi and fantasy programming can only be good for the genre, as more networks are jumping onto the fantasy bandwagon with great new offerings. We can't wait to see what next season will have to offer!! IF the writers ever stop striking and write a next season, that is!!
