Plot Summary: The prequel story traces the origins of the centuries-old blood feud between the aristocratic vampires known as Death Dealers and their onetime slaves, the Lycans. In the Dark Ages, a young Lycan named Lucian (Sheen) emerges as a powerful leader who rallies the werewolves to rise up against Viktor (Nighy), the cruel vampire king who has enslaved them. Lucian is joined by his secret lover, Sonja (Mitra), in his battle against the Death Dealer army and his struggle for Lycan freedom.

The Farrelly Brothers have been talking about their "Three Stooges" movie for a very long time now, but at last MGM has actually set a release date for the retro comedy. The studio announced Monday (Nov. 3) that casting is underway on the untitled Stooges project, with a November 20, 2009 release date planned for the new incarnations of those slapstick guys Larry, Moe and Curly.

DreamWorks Animation has announced that the sequel to its worldwide animation hit, "Kung Fu Panda," is expected to return to theaters on June 3rd, 2011. The studio also anticipates releasing the film at IMAX theatres worldwide and like most other 2009 DreamWorks Animation releases, "Kung Fu Panda 2" will be produced in stereoscopic 3D technology...

Warner Home Video has announced a Dec. 9 2008 release date for The Dark Knight on DVD and Blu-ray. After pulling in $0.4 million on Friday, The Dark Knight's domestic take is now $523.2 million, second only to Titanic.
