Well it seems that the Spider-Man that we have come to love played by Tobey Maguire has come to a end, along with the director Sam Raimi who has also called it quits. Apparently, the recent creative differences between Raimo and Sony was just to broad, rumor is it was more than just about who the villains should be, that Sony also wants Spider-Man 4 to be in 3D following the great success of Avatar and Raimi was against it.

Well it seems that Reboots are the in thing in Hollywood these days and some old franchises are looking to get in on the action. Right now two thriller / horror cult favorites are hoping for major come backs.
