TV viewingI just finished reading a article by Michael Hinman over at SyFy Portal, oh my bad, that's Airlock Alpha these days since I guess he sold out to the suits at SyFy Channel, which use to be the SciFi Channel, but I'll get into that another time. Anywho, the article was about Sci-Fi shows taking a beating in the ratings and was spouting on and on about last year ratings compared to this years ratings, and about shows being cancelled like  "Knight Rider" that was on NBC, "Pushing Daisies" that was on ABC, and "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" that was on Fox, and that if something doesn't change we are going to lose more shows. Smallville's Clark, Lois and green Arrow It had been assumed that season eight would likely be the last of the CW's hit TV series "Smallville". After all, we had lost Lex Luthor and Clarks main squeeze Lana Lang who were central characters, as the actors who portrayed them, Kristin Kreuk and Michael Rosenbaum, had left the series. And eight seasons is a pretty long run for a show focusing on Clark Kent's pre-Superman days, also a large number of fans felt the show's quality had dipped drastically by Season 7.

King of the Hill Well "King of Hill" has been cancelled, but apparently that's not 100% correct. At least one network has already expressed interest in the show, which was recently canned by Fox. The suitor is none other than ABC, as "King of the Hill" would make a strong companion to the network's upcoming animated comedy "The Goode Family," which comes from "King of the Hill" executive producers Mike Judge, John Altschuler and Dave Krinsky.
